Our chef has an incredible imagination and renews his menu each season (with a particular focus on a wide choice of meat and fish).
He only works with the very best and freshest of products, taking his inspiration from regional specialities such as cold frogs' legs, chicken liver salad, yeast dumplings, etc.
You can choose to take your meal in one of the air conditioned dining rooms or on our tree-shaded terrace. Sample our array of regional wines - by the bottle or jug: Mondeuse, Cerdon, Gamay, and Bugey.
Open to customers outside the hotel, and with a capacity of more than 100 settings, La Tourmaline can prepare bespoke menus: business meals, family meals, company meals, receptions, cocktails parties, etc.
